We are looking for a great assistant to help our small team run smoothly and efficiently. This person will be working alongside our owner to help daily operations excel at our 2 locations: the Seaside Makers store in Santa Barbara and our Seaside Makers store & Grapeseed Co. warehouse in Carpinteria.
Ideally, we need someone who can work 3-4 days a week with 1 weekend day of availability, and extra hours for Scent Bar events or covering emergency situations. Does this sound like you?
Job Expectations:
You will be interacting with customers daily, assisting with store sales, customer service,filling, labeling and shipping orders for our companies.
You're excited to help in many areas of our small business: from assisting in managing the inventory at the Seaside Makers shops, interacting with customers, capturing content for social media, filling and labeling Grapeseed Co. product, organizing beautiful displays, and making things look pretty in the shops!
Photography & marketing interest or experience is a HUGE plus. You will be working in-person at one of the store locations each shift. You're comfortable working both on your own, and as part of a team.

You are mac computer literate and comfortable using an ipad.
You are familiar with dropbox and google apps: specifically g drive and g calendar.
